Michael Dimler is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington D.C. His Internship and surgical residencies, including a year as Chief Resident, were completed at Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Dimler took his Pediatric Surgery Fellowship at Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. After three years serving as the Pediatric Surgery Consultant to the Commanding General, U.S. Army Medical Command, Europe, Dr. Dimler began practice in Johnson City, Tennessee. He moved his practice to Phoenix in 1986. Dr. Dimler is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Board Certified in Pediatric Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Dimler has three children and three grandchildren and lives in the historic Willow District of Phoenix with his wife, Chystyl and son, Taylor. He is an avid golfer and enjoys and supports the symphony. Dr. Dimler has a special interest in pediatric urology, congenital airway disease including tracheal reconstruction, and advanced laparoscopy.
